Devices
Fixed Device
This device is stationary and fixed in both the entry and exit of the bus. The features of this device are:
* All the passengers HAVE TO PAY with their card and have to go cashless.
* The bus attendant cannot accept cash for the travel.
* The system automatically calculates the fare depending upon when the passenger got unto the bus and where the passenger got off the bus.
* The passenger will tap into the ENTRY door device to get on the bus and will tap on the EXIT door device to get off the device. Depending upon where the entry was and where the exit was, the fare is automatically calculated and deducted from the card used.
Devices
Handheld POS
This handheld POS device is for the attendant to carry, has a battery that needs to be charged, is mobile and is able to do both cash and cashless payment. The attached printer will print receipts, and also tracks the exact amount that the attendant has. For every transaction a receipt is printed and given to the customer.
The attendant is able to sell new Prepaid cards to the customers.
The attendant is also able to take cash and topup the Prepaid card that the customer already has.
The attendant is able to charge for multiple people in one card ensuring that one person with the NFC card can travel with a group or family.
It will also register types of discounts to either handicapped, student or old age people.
Statistics of the no of people in each of these categories will also be available for the bus owner to understand the amount of discount that is given in each category
Device
Kiosk
These are placed so that customers are able to self-service use it for top-up services. They can insert cash into the machine and top-up their eDheba Card by placing it on the place to have the NFC Chip written by the device.
The Kiosk will also be able to see the balance on each card.

Any place that accepts cards, you can also top up the value in your card. You will get a receipt for the value top-up.
